David Ovejero Fombuena and Guillem Saleta Perejoan will show how Generalitat de Catalunya continued and expanded their proactive service approach from university grants to other service areas. We will not discuss the full rapport during the meetup, but we will reserve some time to talk about its most important insights and the proactive service maturity model in it.
