He has a passion for language education, which also happens to be his educational background. To Ben, education and the communities are closely connected. Ben aims to continuously help people improve and learn.

Batul is one of User Needs First's community managers. Together with Ben, she manages UserCentriCities. Her passion is to inspire people and bring them closer together, to ultimately contribute to inclusive communication and services. Being half Dutch, half Pakistani, Batul understands what it means to connect people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Eoin is one of User Needs First's communication advisors. He's part of the communities team. His half Irish background helps him to facilitate the international UserCentriCities community. Connecting people across cultures, backgrounds and expertises is one of his strong passions. Only by moving past fixed 'boxes' can we truly connect and reach new heights.
