Europe goes Once-Only (external event)

On September 24th and 25th, you can attend the Europe goes Once-Only event in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The Netherlands has a long history of addressing challenges through cooperation. On board the historic steamship SS Rotterdam, this event will focus on exactly this sort of collaborative problem-solving between countries, organisations and people, all working towards a more connected digital Europe.

Webinar AI and public services

On October 13th from 10:00 to 11:00h (CET), we will host a webinar on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and public services. The EU AI Act opts for AI literacy among civil servants. But is that enough to reduce risks? Join us in this webinar where Cecília Barreto de Almeida will share her insights about the (possible) impact of AI on public administration and its workers.

The Service Design Global Conference 2026 (external event)

The Service Design Global Conference (SDGC) is the annual gathering of the international service design community, hosted by the Service Design Network (SDN). This year it will take place in Wiesbaden (Frankfurt RheinMain, Germany).
