Online Meetup Community User Needs First: Meet the Members!

During our online meetups, Community User Needs First members exchange ideas and knowledge on user-centric governmental services based on examples in practice. The goal is to inspire each other and learn from each other with presentations on cases from members. On June 25th, from 11.00 to 12.00h (CET), you’ll have the chance to meet some of our members and learn about their work in user-centric government service design through personal stories and experiences. Will we meet you too?

Programme

In our community, we often show best practices in user-centric government services all over the world. This meetup, we’re focused on the faces behind all these great examples. We won’t have one set topic, but multiple members sharing their stories and questions for the community. Stories will range from personal anecdotes relevant to international government service design, to in-depth experiences at work. We would love for you to also share a personal anecdote or work experience. Everyone is welcome to share a question, ask for a round of feedback or celebrate a milestone with us. Let’s create a space to get to know each other better! Because bringing people and their stories together is what the community is all about.

If you’d like to give a short introduction on your work, or share a short personal anecdote (which can be a funny one too), please get in touch with our Community Manager Francis via francis.meijners@ictu.nl.

The online meetup will not be recorded.
