Online Meetup Community User Needs First May: Measuring impact in user centricity

During our online meetups, Community User Needs First members exchange ideas and knowledge on user-centric governmental services based on examples in practice. The goal is to inspire each other and learn from each other with presentations on cases from members. This meetup, we’ll talk about measuring the impact of efforts in user centricity in government. Are you joining May 19th?

Programme

In this community, we work on accessible, usable and comprehensible digital governments, providing inclusive services that everybody can and is willing to use. We want to create real impact. But how can we measure this impact? This will be the central topic of this meetup.

With us this morning will be Cindy Vanhove, for the city of Brugge she’s working on improving user centricity. She’ll share a few examples on how they report the improvements they’ve made.

How to prepare for this meeting
During the meeting we’d love to hear your story. We are going to discuss these 3 questions:

  • Is your organization measuring impact?
If so, how? Please think about 1 example.
  • What’s your main priority to measure impact?
  • If there were to be no limitations, what would be the first thing you’d change to improve how you measure impact?

The online meetup will not be recorded.
