During our online meetups, Community User Needs First members exchange ideas and knowledge on user-centric governmental services based on examples in practice. The goal is to inspire each other and learn from each other with presentations on cases from members. This meetup, we’ll talk about measuring the impact of efforts in user centricty in government. Programme
In this community, we work on accessible, usable and comprehensible digital governments, providing inclusive services that everybody can and is willing to use. We want to create real impact. But how can we measure this impact? This will be the central topic of this meetup.
Call for contributions
We would like to hear your story on how to measure impact, or how to insure you’re doing the right things. We’d love to hear your stories, questions and/or examples. Share highlights, challenges or mistakes you’ve made. All stories are welcome!
