Meet our members
Beatrice Meier
Beatrice is a Service Designer at the City of Zurich’s Smart City unit, specializing in translating complex urban challenges into intuitive digital and non-digital experiences.

Peegi Kaibald
Peegi is a Business Analyst and Service Designer in Estonia’s public service at the State Shared Service Centre. She specializes in legal design for grants, combining policy, information, process, and system design to make public services more intuitive, efficient, and accessible for both applicants and administrators.

Anu Jaanson
Anu Jaanson works as a lawyer at the State Shared Service Centre. Her main areas of responsibility are ensuring the compliance of legislation and the drafting of legal acts in the field of European Union grants.
