Call for contributions
You can first read more about the conference and its initiator on this page or go straight to the call for contributions form.
Who are we doing this for?
We’re organizing an international conference in April 2025 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for anyone working on better government services. Such as:
- Administrators, managers and executives
- Policy officers
- Developers and designers
- UX professionals
- Communications consultants, copywriters, editors
The event will take place on April 10 and 11. We could really use your help to make it happen.
This year, User Needs First celebrates its 10 year anniversary. During this time, we’ve learned that working on a user-friendly government requires a long-term vision and collaboration. As Mithula Naik (keynote speaker at our 2019 conference) once aptly put it:
“You don’t work in government for speed. But for the impact of change!”
What are we looking for?
We want to have that impact together. So, if you have a key lesson, a practical example or anything else related to the topic that other government organizations can learn from, we would be honored to include you in the programme of our conference.
- Are you interested in sharing your knowledge and experience with an international audience, and can you share this in a session of about 1 to 1.5 hours?
- Would you like to contribute to our efforts to improve government services and communications around the world?
- Are you available to be in Amsterdam on April 10 or 11, 2025?
Then please fill in the form below, but no later than December 15. You will hear from us as soon as possible. Before Christmas or in early January.
